Cancellation Policy

✧ The Realignment Coaching Policy Thank you for choosing The Realignment—a private coaching journey designed to help you reconnect with your truth, rebuild self-trust, and rise into powerful self-expression. To maintain integrity, clarity, and mutual respect throughout our time together, please review the following service policy: ✦ Commitment & Responsibility Your transformation is a co-creative process. You are responsible for your own participation, growth, and results. As your coach, I am here to guide, support, and challenge you with care—but your progress ultimately depends on your willingness to show up fully and do the work between sessions. ✦ Scheduling & Rescheduling All sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your session will result in the session being forfeited unless in case of emergency. This honors both of our time and the energetic container of the program. ✦ Refunds & Cancellations Due to the nature of this intimate coaching experience, all payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits and payment plans. Please be sure you are fully committed before enrolling. If you need to pause or delay the program due to a personal emergency, please reach out—we will explore options with compassion and care. ✦ Missed Sessions If you miss a session without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show and marked as completed. Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the program without refund. ✦ Confidentiality All conversations within your coaching container are kept strictly confidential. This is your space to be real, raw, and rooted in your truth. ✦ Communication Between Sessions Depending on your package, you may have access to private voice or email support between sessions. Please refer to your welcome materials for details on how to access this support and when responses can be expected (typically within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday). ✦ Payment Plans If you’re on a payment plan, timely payments are expected as agreed upon. Missed or failed payments may result in paused access to coaching until resolved. ✧ Questions or Concerns? You can always reach out with any questions or requests for clarity.
