By using this website or purchasing products/services, you agree to the following terms. These help protect both of us and ensure a smooth, respectful experience.

General:

  • This website is owned and operated by Tiera Rice.

  • Services are offered in good faith, with the intention to support your growth and clarity.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge you’ve reviewed service details and agree to these terms.

 

Payment & Delivery:

  • Full payment is due upon booking or purchase.

  • All digital services will be delivered via email or shared link unless otherwise discussed.

  • Turnaround times are estimated based on current workload.

 

Refund and Returns:

  • Services
    Due to the custom nature of my services, all sales are final once work has been delivered. If you're unhappy or something doesn't feel aligned, please reach out—I’m always open to revisiting things with care and collaboration.

  • Digital Products
    All digital products (like printables, worksheets, and eBooks) are non-refundable. These are delivered instantly and considered “used” upon download. If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong format, etc.), please contact me and I’ll provide a replacement.

  • Physical Products
    Returns and refunds are only available for physical products that arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

        -- I do not accept returns for change of mind, color preferences, or general wear-and-tear.

        -- Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. I’m not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect info.

        -- Some items (like custom candles or made-to-order pieces) may be final sale—these exceptions will be noted clearly on the product page.

 

Digital Product Use:

  • All digital products (including worksheets, journals, prompts, and templates) are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.

  • By purchasing, you agree to these terms and understand that copyright remains with the creator (Tiera Rice).

 

File Handling:

  • Any files or sensitive info shared with me will be kept confidential and deleted once your project is complete.
