This website is owned and operated by Tiera Rice.

All services and products are offered in good faith, with the intention to support your growth, creativity, and clarity. By engaging with this site or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed all service and product details and agree to these terms.

 

Payment & Delivery

• Payment: Full payment is due upon booking or purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Digital services and products: Delivered via email or shared link unless otherwise stated.

• Turnaround times: Estimated based on current workload and subject to adjustment with notice.

 

Refund and Returns

• Services
  Due to the custom nature of my services, all sales are final once work has been delivered. If you're unhappy or something doesn't feel aligned, please reach out—I’m always open to revisiting things with care and collaboration.

• Digital Products
  All digital products (printables, worksheets, eBooks, etc.) are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly and considered “used” upon download. If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong format, etc.), please contact me for a replacement.

• Physical Products
  Returns and refunds are only available for physical products that arrive damaged or defective. Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to arrange a replacement or refund.

-- I do not accept returns for change of mind, color preferences, or general wear-and-tear.

-- Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. I am not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect information.

-- Some items (like custom candles or made-to-order pieces) may be final sale—these exceptions will be noted clearly on the product page.

 

Digital Product Use

All digital products (worksheets, journals, prompts, templates) are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own. Copyright remains with the creator, Tiera Rice.

 

File Handling & Confidentiality

Any files or sensitive information shared with me for services will be kept confidential and deleted once your project is complete.

Eula Rae Printing & Publishing Services

By purchasing any Eula Rae Printing and Publishing service or package, you acknowledge and agree to these additional terms:

• Intellectual Property: Authors retain full copyright to their works unless otherwise outlined in a signed publishing agreement for imprint publishing.

• Imprint Publishing: If you publish under the Eula Rae imprint, Eula Rae Printing and Publishing will be listed as the official publisher and may manage distribution, metadata, and publishing accounts on your behalf.

• Royalties: For imprint-published books, royalty splits, payouts, and management fees will be outlined in your specific publishing agreement.

• Distribution Management: Annual distribution management fees apply for imprint-published books to maintain listings and updates within our publisher accounts.

• No Guarantees: Eula Rae does not guarantee book sales, rankings, or reviews. Success depends on market factors, quality, and your promotional efforts unless marketing services are explicitly included in your package.

• Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide all requested materials (final manuscript files, images, author bios) in a timely manner to ensure project completion.
